Planning Your Trip
Our trip planners are available by phone and email to assist you throughout your trip planning and preparation process. We are here to answer your questions and provide information on equipment, route ideas, island options, where to find fresh water, good snorkel locations, weather, camp fees, fishing options and much more.
We recommend scheduling an exploratory telephone conversation with one of field experts as a good way to get started. This should give you a clear idea of our equipment outfitting options, our in-country support services, and some ideas for a realistic itinerary. We can share our experience to help you find the best travel routes and airfare to Belize, and we can make recommendations and reservations for other accommodations or activities in the country.
Booking Your Trip
When you’re ready to lock in your arrangements, please complete our simple online registration form.
At time of reservation you are required make a deposit of $200. Your final balance will be due 30 days before the start date of your trip. When a booking is made within 30 days of your trip, then full payment is due immediately.
After your deposit is received, your personal Trip Planner will send you a comprehensive pre-trip planning package. This will include arrival, rendezvous & departure information, a recommended packing list, a map of Dangriga and Southwater Caye Marine Reserve, Camp Site Notes, Snorkeling Protocols and other pertinent Belize information.
What happens next ….
In country logistics, international flight details and other related travel plans can be discussed with your trip planner. Changes and additions to your outfitting needs can be made up to a week before departure.
Your trip planner will call you a week in advance of your trip to finalize the details of your itinerary and answer any last minute questions.
On arrival into Belize we request that you ‘Check-in’ at our office, to let us know you are in country and to set a time to meet with someone in our logistics team to finalize all in country details and final route plans.
